Family and Friends

We want to take care of our employees and that means taking care of those they care about, too.

It began with a discussion on rewarding our employees on their corporate anniversary and evolved into a philosophy. Cleared Solutions Night Out is our gift to our employees and their families. We provide for the night out for the employee and his significant other, family or friend to take a break and feel appreciated for their service. The employee provides a review or chat on our blog so we can all share the experience. Then, we began to think about the sacrifices our family and friends make when our employees commitment to the mission takes time away from them. So, in our Spot Awards and benefits, we try to think of the whole picture – maybe an iTunes card for the kids or a joint fitness appointment for you and your spouse with the trainer. Finally, we want to organize events that let us all meet as families – ranging from paintball to picnics, our employees have the chance to let their families and friends know where and with whom they spend their work day.
