What We Do

- People - The organizational impact - the structure, resources, skills, roles and responsibilities.
- Data - The role information technology can play across the company, business linkages, strategic leveraging of systems & technology and future visions & plans.
- Processes - The business processes that we are enabling or optimizing with the solution; in addition to the IT processes (i.e. security, change control, capacity planning, disaster recovery, systems management, support/help desk).
