Mr. Hammermann is an Oracle Certified Professional with more than 10 years of specialized experience designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle databases. He has spent several years performing database development for a multi‐terabyte Oracle data warehouse, utilizing database features such as Partitioning, Oracle Text, Table Compression, Analytic SQL, and Parallel Execution. Mr. Hammermann also has experience with Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL). He has developed processes and procedures that regularly handle millions of database inserts per day, and has performed ad‐hoc loads ranging in size from a few hundred to nearly a billion records. In addition to developing stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL, he writes SQL statements and performs query performance tuning. Mr. Hammermann also has experience using business intelligence applications such as Crystal Reports for custom database reporting and Honeycomb treemap software for data visualization.

Dr. M. Brian Blake serves as the consulting manager of Research & Development. Dr. Blake served for 3 years as a Software Architect for the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), developing strategies for Enterprise Architecture and Service‐Oriented Architecture and Transformation. Dr. Blake is concurrently the Associate Dean for Research and Full Professor of Computer Science in the College of Engineering at the University of Notre Dame. As Associate Dean, he oversees the $60+ million research enterprise for the College.

As a researcher, Dr. Blake has published over 110 refereed papers and has been awarded over $7 million in sponsored research grants from the National Science Foundation, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Federal Aviation Administration, Air Force Research Lab, National Institutes of Health, and others. Dr. Blake has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a PhD in Software Engineering from George Mason University.

Mr. Saputo is a highly regarded, results‐oriented senior leader with over 35 years experience in criminal, fraud, and counterintelligence investigations and operations, counterespionage, counterterrorism, information security, cyber security, infrastructure protection, physical security, emergency operations, program/project management, and inspector general/audit activities. He has served as a senior advisor on continuous improvement policies and procedures and is noted for translating customer requirements into achievable expectations and outcomes.

A retired Air Force Office of Special Investigations special agent for 27 years, Mr. Saputo progressed to supervisor of 250 professionals in support of worldwide operations. He has worked with all elements of the Intelligence Community from field collector, analyst, regional overseas commander, to senior staff officer on various country teams, Joint Forces and interagency operations including Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm and Operations Provide Promise and Deny Flight.

Mr. Saputo has recently served as senior subject matter expert in support of the Director of National Intelligence Chief Information Officer and the Department of Homeland Security Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Intelligence and Analysis. He is the Cleared Solutions Chief Security Officer and Homeland Security Business Account Manager. Certifications include: ACFEI Homeland Security Level V; and, ISACA Governance of Enterprise IT and Risk Management.
