An Anniversary Dinner

I think the anniversary dinner gift card is a great idea.

Howard Hammerman I used my card at Zaytinya, an excellent Mediterranean style restaurant that's part of chef Jose Andres' Think Food Group. They serve small plates, or meza, that are a perfect size to share with others at your table. The food was delicious, and though I don't recall every dish that we ordered, I know we had lamb, crab cakes, squid, and octopus. They were all excellent.

A funny thing happened during dinner....someone from my program also happened to be there the same evening! She had been out on maternity leave and I had not seen her for several months, so you can imagine my surprise when she came over to our table to say hello. Talk about a small world. Anyway, we had a great time and the food was terrific. Thank you CSI for the "night out"!
